LMN brought me on as Studio Manager in 2018. When COVID-19 eliminated that role, the company later brought me back to produce the Greenius training video library, based on the strength of the video campaigns I had produced at LMN. When that engagement ended, Granum brought me back again—this time as a senior production designer supporting its portfolio of brands.
Three distinct roles. One relationship spanning eight years. Being invited back twice is perhaps the clearest measure of the trust behind the work.
Across those chapters, my role has moved between creative leadership, hands-on production and field-based storytelling. The constant has been an ability to understand the business, work effectively with different teams and carry complex creative assignments through to delivery.
Granum
Freelance Figma Designer · December 2025–Present
Granum is the platform company behind LMN, Greenius and Granum Academy—providing software, training and resources for landscape and tree care businesses. My current engagement supports all four brands, each with its own visual identity, audience and marketing priorities.
Working in Figma, I translate campaign briefs into paid and owned creative, develop layout and concept variants to address Meta creative fatigue, and maintain brand consistency across a high-volume, multi-brand environment. Assignments move from brief through review and final production in close collaboration with content, CRM, organic and paid-media teams.
Greenius
Freelance Videographer · December 2021–March 2023 · Whitby, ON
Greenius brought me back specifically to build its training video library—a direct result of the video work I had produced at LMN.
Over 18 months, I produced more than 30 field-based training videos covering landscaping, snow and ice management, and arboriculture. Working independently and embedded with active crews, I managed planning, field capture, interviews, editorial direction, post-production and delivery.
The work required more than recording a demonstration. I had to understand each task well enough to identify the essential steps, anticipate what the learner needed to see and translate a working tradesperson’s expertise into clear, practical instruction. Productions took place on active job sites and in real working conditions without disrupting the crews or losing the story.
LMN | Landscape Management Network
Studio Manager · December 2018–April 2020 · Markham, ON
LMN provides business-management software for landscape and tree care companies. As Studio Manager, I led creative execution across digital, print, content, video and events—carrying work from brief through delivery while coordinating outside vendors and production partners.
For LMN’s e-book series, I created an editorial design system that made long-form content consistent, recognizable and easier to produce. Each release was supported by paid social creative driving audiences to the gated content.
I also developed an in-house video advertising series from concept through production, including scripts, casting, location scouting and direction. The campaign was delivered for approximately one-sixth of competing production estimates. A parallel testimonial series used a distributed network of local videographers to capture customer stories across multiple locations.
For the trade show program, I redesigned the booth from the floor up. An illuminated hanging sign created visibility above the show floor, lightbox graphics strengthened its presence at ground level, and a restructured layout improved traffic flow and made room for meaningful customer conversations.
